Change will always have an impact whether it’s imposed or designed; a redundancy a bereavement or the break down of a relationship, or maybe you are wishing for change; weight loss, stop smoking, career progression or greater results and rewards in your profession or sport. Either way this supportive and motivating life coach will ensure you have a clear and focused path to the result that is best for you.

How coaching works

Coaching takes place through either face to face sessions in one of my clinics, or through Skype internet video sessions. The style of approach is labelled coaching. Coaching is a way facilitating change that is desired by you, the coachee. This means that you are at the centre of our work together as I believe that change designed and generated by you is sustainable.

Rather than simply replacing a behaviour we work back from a desired outcome and create change at the deeper levels of belief, value and even identity and purpose. The reason for this is that it is here, at this deeper level that behaviour is generated. Creating change in this way means the change is sustainable and congruent with who you truly are.

Moving away from your problems and towards the future you desire, may not mean exploring your past experiences in depth. I have found that this is often a challenge for some, they don’t want to rake over their past. Instead we start by focusing on what you want in your future and designing how you can achieve this, what resource you have and what resource you can develop. This is very much a shared journey, time for you to invest in yourself and your future, you are at the centre of our sessions and will experience a level of support in a way that suits you as an individual or couple. We work at your pace, although you will be challenged and motivated, you will be comfortable, relaxed and enjoy the experience towards the life you want and deserve.
